Smoking and Vaping
For the enjoyment of all guests, smoking and vaping are only allowed in the designated casino floor areas. Smoking in non-smoking areas will result in $250 fee posted in the room folio. Repeat offenders, at the discretion of management, may be disbarred from the property.
Service Animals
Service Animals are welcome to the property. If you have a service animal, please inform the Front Desk upon arrival. Security will be called to register and issue a service animal pass upon arrival.
Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties.
Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to perform must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
A service animal must be under the control of its handler at all times. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of tasks. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- All animals need to be immunized against rabies and other diseases common to that type of animal. All vaccinations must be current.
- Animals must wear a rabies vaccination tag.
- Owners must provide a copy of current rabies vaccination certificate if requested.
- Canine Licensing and Vaccination Procedure (17 CCR 2606.4).
- All dogs must be licensed per county codes.
- Service animals must wear an owner identification tag (which includes the name and phone number of the owner) at all times.
- Animals must be in good health.
- Animals must be on a leash, harness, or other type of restraint at all times, unless the owner/partner is unable to retain an animal on leash due to a disability.
- The owner must be in full control of the animal at all times. The care and supervision of the animal is solely the responsibility of the owner/partner.
- Reasonable behavior is expected from service animals while on company property. The owners of disruptive and aggressive service animals may be asked to remove them from CGRC facilities. If the improper behavior happens repeatedly, the owner may be told not to bring the service animal into any facility until the owner takes significant steps to mitigate the behavior.
- Cleanliness of the service animal is mandatory. The owner/partner is expected to clean and dispose of animal waste.
- Service animals cannot be left unattended in hotel rooms or in any other room inside the facility.
- The dedicated pet relief area is located outdoors on the northeast side of the casino, between the main entrance & bus entrance.

Check In
Check-in starts at:
Summit Members at 1 pm.
Mountain Members at 2 pm.
All others at 3 pm.
Rooms may not be available until 4 pm for special requests, limited availability accommodations, or on busy arrival dates. In such cases, our staff will prioritize your room upon arrival or offer an alternative room if available.
In the event of a room delay after 4 pm, the front desk will compensate $10 for every hour the guest waited after check-in for guest rooms, and $15 per hour for suite accommodations in food credit.
Early Check In
If accommodations are available, summit members get complimentary early check-in.
If rooms are available, other guests may check in early to their assigned rooms for a nominal fee. For every hour of early check-in prior to the designated check-in start time, guest rooms will be charged $10, and suites will be charged $15. Please inquire at the Front Desk upon arrival.
Check Out
Check out time is 11:00 am.
Late Check Out
If accommodations are available, guests may receive late checkout for a nominal fee. For every hour of late checkout past 11 am, guest rooms will be charged $10, and suites will be charged $15. Please inquire at the Front Desk before 11 am for availability and schedule.
Guests not scheduled for late checkout in advance, and overstay past checkout time, may be charged a $250 overstay fee and/or removed from the guest room or suite.
Accompanying Guests
Prices are quoted based on double occupancy. If you have an additional guest you would like to add to your room, there will be a $20 fee per guest per night, to the maximum stated capacity of the room.
Tribal Occupancy Tax
Tribal Occupancy Tax is 14%.
Resort Fee
Resort Fee is $20 per room per night. Resort Fee covers swimming pool, gym, internet, and parking.
Upgrades
Suite and guest room upgrades may be available for a nominal fee. Please inquire with the Front Desk for availability.
Security
For the safety and security of all our guests, no person will be allowed to the guest room floors unless they are registered to the guest room or suite as primary or accompanying guest. Security will check ID and verify the room at the entrance of each tower.
No weapons, knives, pepper sprays, or other similar offensive or defensive objects are allowed in the resort or casino. Security scans all guests at resort entrances.
Guest accommodations are equipped with safety deposit boxes for guest use. Please secure your valuables in the safety deposit box. The resort assumes no responsibility for the valuables left in the room.
Minors
Minors (under 21) must be accompanied by an adult (21 or over) throughout the resort and casino.
Please do not leave minors unattended in the guest room without adult supervision.
Hotel Deposit
Resort will secure and maintain $200 authorization on your credit or debit card for security and incidentals over and above the anticipated charges. Upon settling your bill at checkout, this deposit will be removed by your bank within 24 to 48 hours. In the event of a full casino comp, your bank will not release your authorization for upwards of 14 to 15 days. For your convenience, we recommend using the room charge option at the resort venues.
Room Charges
Primary guests are responsible for all charges, room damages or abuse, and removed room items not intended for guest consumption by the occupants of the room. The posted credit card will be used for these charges. The primary guest is responsible and liable to pay their bill, if any third party promises to pay their bill, but fails to do so.
ATM (Automated Money Machines)
ATMs are available throughout the casino.
Business Center
Computers and printers are available for Hotel Guests. The Business Center is located across from the Front Desk.
The Gift Basket
Resort Gift Shop is available for guest purchases from 9am to 10pm (12am Friday/Saturday).
The Serenity Springs Spa
Our full-service spa is available from 10 am to 6 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Later appointments may be available if booked in advance.

Available 24 hours.

Resort Operator is available 24 hours for your convenience.
Lost and Found
Please contact any staff member for assistance, or press zero for the operator.
Ice Machines
Ice Machines are available on every guest floor close to elevators.
Vending Machines
Snack vending machines are available on the 4th floor of both towers. Water, Soda, and Energy Drink vending machines are available on alternating floors, the gym, and the pool.
Gym
Located on the Spa Level. Open from 8 am to 10 pm.
Pool & Hot Tubs
Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are available for Hotel Guests on the Spa level. Open from 8 am to 10 pm. The pool may be closed for maintenance, inclement weather, or maintenance without advance notice.
Restaurants & Bars
Casual to fine dining restaurants and bars are available. Please check out the web page for the menu and opening hours.
Topgolf Swing Suite
Now available! Enjoy Simulation golf and more games. Book at the Gift Basket or online. Food & beverage is available.
Executive Car Service
Leave driving to us. Executive Car Service is available for a reasonable fee. Booking through Central Services in advance is recommended.
